With over 100 years of history, the Canadian Soccer Association is this country's largest national sports body and our voice on the international soccer stage. In partnership with its provincial members, the CSA is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of soccer for all Canadians at all levels. Boasting an enviable track record of growing the number of players every year for over 20 years to 900,000, the CSA is committed to providing leadership and good governance for the sport of soccer in Canada.

Charged with delivering on the association's policy and advocacy mandate, the CEO will lead the CSA through an exciting new phase in its evolution. Working closely with a highly dedicated Board and staff, you will set and execute a compelling strategic plan to enhance the CSA's value to its diverse and passionate set of stakeholders. By forging stronger bonds across the chain of organized soccer - from the game's grassroots to the international level - you will orchestrate a sea change in raising the profile, presence, and success of this highly popular participant and spectator sport. By creating a new contagious spirit of momentum, you will enhance government relations, sponsorships, and volunteer activities, thus strengthening the association's base and long-term sustainability.

Throughout your 10+ years of progressive senior management experience, you've combined strong business acumen with a passion to lead extraordinary change, ideally within a diverse volunteer-led environment. Your relationship building and team management skills have been well-honed and are now ready to be tested within an environment that has the power to illuminate every Canadian's image of soccer.
