BUILD BRAND, MEMBERSHIP AND INFLUENCE.
Chief Executive Officer
Working with a dynamic Board of Governors, you will lead the Association into a new era of outreach and development. The Certified General Accountants of Ontario represents over 17,000 CGAs who are enhancing public perceptions about the scope and capabilities of the accounting profession. The 'Name Your Need' campaign has showcased the capacity of Certified General Accountants to go beyond the numbers to make strategic contributions to their organizations. As the new C.E.O., and the public face of CGA Ontario, you will continue to spread the word with governments, policy makers, the private sector, the public and the membership. Along with the Board and your senior management team, you will author a plan that will chart the future of Canada's most accessible financial designation.
With a definitive mission to grow the brand, the membership and the influence of the Association, you will have the chance to demonstrate your leadership working with multiple stakeholders. Play a lead role in policy-making and government relations while forging partnerships and alliances within the private sector, likeminded not-for-profit organizations and national CGA affiliates. Create closer and enriched ties with the membership of CGA Ontario by offering an even broader value proposition of member and education services. Rally your team around a higher profile and higher performance. Be a visible and vocal champion of the Association with the business and general media.
An exceptional relationship manager, developer of people and strategic leader, you may be in a professional association or in an organization that is stretching its wings and growing its brand with multiple stakeholders. Now, here's your chance to put your signature on a professional association that thrives on vision and breaking new ground.
