Vice President, Corporate Controller

The company's tremendous growth combined with its long-term vision has led to the need for the organization to recruit a talented and strategic Vice President, Corporate Controller who has an ability to enhance the company's financial platform, reporting and analysis.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Corporate Controller will be responsible for managing the financial accounting, reporting, and consolidations for Mark Anthony Group and its divisional operations. He/she will provide leadership and vision to the corporate financial team and the financial teams within each of the divisions.
In fulfilling this mandate, the Vice President, Corporate Controller will ensure the highest level of integrity and compliance to all jurisdictional, regulatory, and GAAP requirements, provide advice and council to the CFO and executive team, and create strategies to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support growth.
The ideal candidate brings to Mark Anthony Group a track record of success working as a progressive financial leader within a dynamic, project and cost-oriented, entrepreneurial, capital-intensive, multi-faceted international organization with a complex corporate and business unit reporting structure. You have demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of the financial and operational accounting, reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and tax functions. You have been a valued member of a management team respected for your ability to provide analysis, advice, and recommendations that support effective operational and strategic decision-making throughout the organization. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to understand the detail and takes personal responsibility for results. The ideal candidate has direct experience enhancing the bottom-line performance of the company by providing leadership to the development of effective costing and project management systems, and contributing to the development of a strong performance management system and key performance indicators.
