Principal and Associates in Architecture

If you are looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity to build an office as part of a company that prides itself on its commitment to design, client service, teamwork and innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity. With several offices in Canada, our client's growth and client demands require them to open a Toronto office to service both local and national client needs. The company is looking for experienced registered architects who are currently principals or senior associates in a firm with a strong retail, commercial or institutional client base. The Toronto office will also have openings for associates looking to build their architectural career.

Our client is known for its positive, team-oriented culture. Their integrated approach to architecture and design, combined with a commitment to excellence and service, has made them a market-leader.

The ideal candidates for Principal will possess strong business development/client management skills, have a strong market presence and the demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be viewed as the preferred or first-call provider for design services within their area of expertise and will bring a reputation for attracting, serving and retaining clients.

The ideal candidates for Associate will have demonstrated excellent technical and creative architectural design skills and will be capable of managing a variety of complex projects and of working collaboratively with the interior design team.

To explore this opportunity to build an office as part of a larger national firm, please contact Lorraine Scrimshaw in Toronto at (905) 403-8996 or Brent Cameron and Catherine Van Alstine in Vancouver at (604) 685-0261, or send your resume in confidence to lorraine.scrimshaw@rayberndtson.ca.
